Recipes for Green Cleaning

Green cleaning is very important! I have a pet and sometimes get worried with certain cleaning products being used around him. So I have searched and put together some recipes for green cleaning that aren't toxic!

All-Purpose Cleaner:

- 2 TSP Baking Soda

- 1/2 TSP Dawn dish soap

- 4 TBSP White Vinegar

- 400ml warm water

Put all of the ingredients in a spray bottle and shake!

Dusting Spray:

- 2 TSP olive oil

- 1 TSP lemon juice

- 1/4 cup White Vinegar

- 1 cup warm water

Put all of the ingredients in a spray bottle and shake.

Toilet Bowl Cleaner:

- 1/4 Cup baking soda

- 1/4 cup borax

- 1 cup White Vinegar

Place mixture directly into the toilet and mix gently with a toilet brush in bowl. Let sit for 30 minutes before the final brush and flush.

Granite Cleaner:

- 1/2 cup rubbing alcohol

- 8 drops Dawn dish soap

- 2 cups warm water

Combine all ingredients in a spray bottle and shake.

Glass Cleaner:

- 1/4 cup rubbing alcohol

- 1/4 cup White Vinegar

- 1 TBSP cornstarch

- 2 cup warm water

Put all ingredients in a spray bottle and shake.

Tub Cleaner:

- 1/2 cut grapefruit

- 1/4 cup kosher salt

Place salt directly on 1/2 of grapefruit. Scrub the tub with the grapefruit and rinse.

Grout Cleaner:

- 1/2 cup baking soda

- 1/4 cup vinegar

Mix ingredients in a small, open container. Using a toothbrush, apple paste to grout. Allow to sit for 5 minutes and then rinse off.
